These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ANG Auto Parts website, products, and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws of Québec and Canada, and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
ANG AUTO PARTS (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a third-party supplier of aftermarket collision auto parts located in Montréal, Québec
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

To place an order on our website, you must:

Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in order cancellation and legal action.
4. Products & Descriptions
ANG Auto Parts specializes in aftermarket collision parts designed for various makes and models. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on our website are provided for convenience and may be subject to updates or corrections.
We do not guarantee that:
A product will fit your exact vehicle unless you verify fitment
Colours, images, or appearance are exact replicas
Inventory availability is always up to date
Any errors in description or pricing may result in order cancellation with a full refund.
5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes applicable under Québec and Canadian law will be added at checkout.
We accept major electronic payment methods. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers. We do not store credit card numbers.
Prices may change without notice.
6. Order Processing
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before delivery begins
Some orders may require additional processing time.
Once an order is processed and the status changes to “COMPLETED,” the order is out for delivery and cannot be cancelled without incurring applicable fees
7. Shipping & Delivery
ANG Auto Parts manages its own delivery fleet and dispatch operations, offering secure delivery across selected regions of Québec.
7.1 Delivery Times
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery after processing: 1–3 business days Some orders may require extra time
7.2 Shipping Fees
Orders over $250 → Free shipping
Orders under $250 → Flat fee of $20
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before the order status is changed to “COMPLETED.”
If cancelled before “COMPLETED” → Full refund
If cancelled after “COMPLETED” → 20% restocking fee applies
Cancellation requests must be sent to returns@angautoparts.ca with the order number.
9. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is governed by the conditions below and aligned with Québec consumer protection law.
9.1 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
The item must be in resaleable condition
The return request must be made within 20 days of the order status changing to “COMPLETED”.
9.2 Customer Responsibility
If you:
ordered the wrong part
no longer need the part
have a fitment issue
…the customer is responsible for returning the product, and shipping fees are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies to all such returns
9.3 Non-Returnable Products
Painted or sanded items
Items not in original packaging
Used or installed parts
9.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item is damaged or incorrect:
Report within 24 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the item and label A full refund or replacement will be issued if verified
9.5 Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval of the return
10. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on our website:
You must protect your password
You are responsible for activities on your account
You must notify us of unauthorized use
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse.
You may reset your password using the password-reset link provided on our website
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Québec and Canadian law, ANG Auto Parts is not liable for:
Improper installation of parts
Labour costs associated with installation or removal
Losses due to delays in shipping
Vehicle damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation
Fitment issues arising from customer failure to verify compatibility
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
12. Warranties
ANG Auto Parts does not manufacture the parts it sells. All parts are aftermarket products. Any warranties provided are those of the manufacturer, if applicable.
We disclaim all implied warranties except those required under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Misuse the website or attempt to hack, bypass, or damage systems
Use false information during checkout
Engage in fraudulent returns or chargebacks
Resell our products commercially without permission
Violations may result in account termination or legal action.
