Billing Terms and Conditions
1. Pricing
All prices displayed on the ANG Auto Parts website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The full expense that a customer will incur—before completing a purchase—is clearly shown on the checkout page and includes:
Item price
Shipping fee (if applicable)
Sales tax (based on postal code and region)
The final price customers pay is automatically calculated in real time during checkout. No hidden fees or additional charges will be added after purchase unless explicitly authorized by the customer.
ANG Auto Parts reserves the right to update product prices at any time; however, the price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
2. Payment Methods
ANG Auto Parts accepts the following secure payment methods:
Stripe (Primary Payment Processor)
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
PayPal
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway that encrypts and tokenizes sensitive data. Your full credit card number is never stored on our servers.
2.1 Authorization & Processing
By placing an order, you authorize:
Stripe to process the payment on our behalf
ANG Auto Parts to charge the full amount displayed at checkout
Verification checks such as fraud prevention, card validation, and billing address confirmation
Transactions may be declined if:
Information is incorrect
The card issuer rejects the transaction
Stripe’s fraud prevention system identifies risk
If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be completed.
3. Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied in accordance with Québec and Canadian tax laws.
Tax is calculated automatically based on:
The shipping address
The postal code
Provincial and federal tax rates currently in effect
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on their purchases.
4. Billing Accuracy
Customers must provide:
Accurate billing information
A matching billing address for the payment method used
A valid email address for order confirmation and receipts
Failure to provide accurate billing details may result in:
Order delays
Payment rejection
Order cancellation
ANG Auto Parts is not responsible for orders delayed due to incorrect billing information.
5. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect customers and ANG Auto Parts, Stripe may require:
Identity verification
Address verification (AVS)
Card authentication (3D Secure when applicable)
If fraud or suspicious activity is detected, ANG Auto Parts may refuse or cancel an order at its discretion.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback through their card issuer:
ANG Auto Parts will provide Stripe with documentation verifying the transaction and delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they contact us before opening a dispute to resolve the issue quickly.
Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of the dispute process may lead to:
Account suspension
Denial of future orders
Legal action under applicable Québec and Canadian laws
7. Currency & Exchange Rates
All transactions are processed in CAD. If a customer is using a non-CAD credit card:
The card issuer handles currency conversion
Additional fees (if any) are set by the customer’s bank or card issuer
ANG Auto Parts is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.
8. Payment Security
Stripe’s security features include:
PCI DSS Level 1 certification
Data encryption
Tokenization of card information
Real-time fraud detection tools
ANG Auto Parts does not have access to or store full credit card details at any time.
