RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS


RETURNS

Customers are required to return parts exclusively to our designated address.

  • If the customer purchases the wrong product, encounters fitment issues, or no longer desires the item, it is their responsibility to return the product(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total invoice for any canceled or returned products and services.

  • To cancel an order that has already been placed, kindly notify us before the order status is updated to “COMPLETED.” If the status has not yet been changed to “COMPLETED,” a full refund will be issued for the canceled order. However, if the status has been updated to “COMPLETED,” a 20% restocking fee will apply to the total invoice for any canceled or returned products and services.

  • In the event that a product is damaged or does not match the item originally ordered, a full refund will be provided to the customer

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It should also be in its original packaging and suitable for resale. Please be aware that painted and sanded items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Any damage on the item must be reported in between 24 hours of the delivery. If you are personally collecting the order, please ensure the item is undamaged before leaving for your and our convenience.

    Please note that our return policy is valid for 20 days from the date the order status changes to COMPLETED.

    All cancellations, damaged parts, and returns must be reported via email to returns@angautoparts.ca. Please ensure that you include the order number and SKU number(s) of the products you wish to return in your email. If you are reporting damaged parts, kindly attach clear pictures of the damaged items for reference.

  • REFUNDS

    Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be notified via email confirming that the return has been processed. Subsequently, your refund will be initiated, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or other payment method) within 5-10 business days.
